A virtual matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet cooperation partners in short, pre-arranged, face-2-face talks. 15-20 minutes run fast but it is enough to build first connections before the bell rings and the next talk starts.

Before the event, you will have the opportunity to request meetings with experts. Registrations for the event will close on Wednesday 11th November.

Create a business profile to showcase your needs

Take advantage of the opportunity and introduce your company by publishing a clear profile. The more relevant information you provide, the more you will benefit from the virtual matchmaking tool. Your co-operation profile is your online business card.

Browse profiles of the experts

Find out who is most relevant to your needs and questions.

Send & Receive meeting requests

Be pro-active, browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. 

Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.

TIP: Download the "b2match" mobile App (App Store) to manage your 1:1 meetings on your phone!

Booking rules?

  • Everybody can send meeting requests to everyone.
  • PLEASE NOTE: You can book meetings BUT other participants will also be able to request, or reject, meetings with you!
  • Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted by the recipients otherwise they can't be scheduled.
